Many of these expats do not even speak the language or understand the legal system in Costa Rica, much less the incredible diversity which exists in one area vs. another. Making a successful investment in Costa Rica is perhaps easier now than ever before as there is a wide array of product, an ever improving network of public infrastructure and a history allowing investors and professionals to leave much of the speculative guess work of the past behind.
