Steve Hooven, originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, came to Costa Rica in 2006 to invest in luxury real estate. Before his arrival, Steve was introduced to Todd Cutter (company owner) and requested that the 2 Costa Rica Real Estate team become his exclusive buyer's broker to assist him with his real estate acquisition. Steve is a graduate of the Penn State University & worked in the Mutual Fund industry for 15 years doing project management work for a Fortune 500 company called Vanguard - which manages close to a $ trillion worth of investments. Steve has been heavily involved in the vacation rental market in Jaco, Costa Rica since 2008 making his own local real estate asset more profitable. In 2010, Steve decided to move to Costa Rica full time to pursue his passions of an active, healthy lifestyle in Costa Rica and to become more aggressively involved in local real estate with the 2 Costa Rica Real Estate group. Steve's expert knowledge of the Jaco area, and the Costa Rica vacation rental market have assisted him with a natural progression to become a Realtor with 2 Costa Rica Real Estate.
