Norm Vitale a native of San Clemente, California is an accomplished Art Director/Creative Director with over 25 years of advertising experience within the active sports and corporate industries in the USA. His background included his position as advertising art director for Surfing Magazine and the original art director for Longboard Magazine. He established a full-service advertising design studio in Orange County which provided a variety of advertising services for companies requiring professional guidance and expertise in art direction, design, and most importantly marketing.
With years of experience surfing and saltwater fishing some of the most exotic locations in and around the Pacific Ocean Norm has logged in many days along the Baja California coast, the mainland coast of Mexico, the Islands of Hawaii and Tahiti. During his travels he discovered this beautiful country called Costa Rica.
Upon moving to Costa Rica in 2005 he started a very successful sport fishing charter service at the Los Suenos Resort & Marina catering to demanding saltwater anglers from all over the world. Realizing the need for advertising and marketing in the growing tourist town of Jaco he created a marketing company to service local and international developers.
In 2006, Norm was approached and hired by Century 21 Jaco as a sales agent due to his strength in sales, client service, and a keen perception in recognizing and quickly adapting to changing trends within the Costa Rica marketplace. He then went on to assist in the start-up of Realty Executive Jaco as sales executives. During this process he has developed a long term client base while gaining knowledge of the real estate market place.
Now working with 2 Costa Rica Real Estate, Norm is happy to say, that he feels proud to live on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica associated with a highly professional real estate company. It is his pleasure to present to you the beauty, peace and opportunity of owning property in Costa Rica.
