Located on the northern pacific coast, just south of Playa Lagarto, this area is one of the hottest, hard to get to beaches on the coast. It is home to one of the most consistent surf spots in Guanacaste, which has cuased investors looking for a more remote option than booming towns like Nosara and Tamarindo, to pay close attention.

Most of the smaller parcels have been bought for private development, however, there are some beachfront developments preparing for release, in addition to a few special development tracts leading all the way up to the beach. Serious investors/developers should inquire now about one of the nicest beachfront, fully titled, parcels on the coast.
