Originally from Washington State, David Karr made the move to Costa Rica in 2005 where he not only fell in love with the country, but his future wife as well. Shortly there after David began working as a realtor and since then has been one of the most respected and well known names in Costa Rica real estate. Earning the honor of Top Agent for Coldwell Banker in 2010.
Prior to moving to Costa Rica David lived in New York City where he used his educational background from Washington State University to help grow and expand a grassroots non-profit called Children for Children, helping to build and sustain new programs along with raising funds for New York City Schools.
With David's past experience in education, real estate investing, traveling and marketing, it's been no surprise to see why he has had such success. David and his wife Melissa live full time in Jaco Beach where he specializes in beachfront properties and sales in the Los Suenos Resort.
